Movement and mindfulness
A journey that you can make in different ways. Through movement – yoga, mindful running, walking – but also through sitting meditation and breathwork. And, of course through a combination of both.
Our program is aimed at both the workplace and private individuals. It is often tailor-made. We also offer weekly group classes in yoga and meditation.
In our studio in Itteren (Maastricht) we offer a range of spiritual practices, such as yoga, sitting meditation, breathwork and mindful running.
Less stress and a happy state of being
Yoga and meditation can contribute to a more peaceful and insightful state of mind, more relaxation, less stress, better performances and a happy state of being. What else can you wish for?
